Where do you currently deliver to?

WE CURRENTLY DELIVER TO THE SYDNEY METROPOLITAN AREA.

In case your postcode is not available at the time of checkout, please reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate your order.

What are your delivery times?

Our friendly delivery team are ready to deliver your orders (Monday to Sunday) based on the timeframe you have selected at the time of booking.

We recommend to add 30 minutes to your preferred delivery time. This will take account of unforeseen traffic and weather conditions. As always our delivery team will be in contact if there is any delay in delivery.

What is your delivery fee?

Please enter your postcode at the time of checkout in order to calculate the respective delivery fee.

My preferred delivery slot is not available?

If your preferred delivery day/time is not available at the time of booking, please reach out to us, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

In specific circumstances we may be able to accommodate your requests, however it may require us to charge an additional delivery fee.

What is the minimum order amount?

In order to confirm and process your order the current minimum spend requirement is $100.

Please know that we are working hard to reduce this amount in the future, in order to accommodate different budgets.

What is the notice period required for placing my order?

All orders must be placed at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. This enables us to avoid mass production and ensures that we source only the freshest of products from our suppliers.

We thank you for your assistance in helping to reduce food waste.

I want to modify or cancel my order?

At Minibites Australia we understand that your plans can change. Should you need to amend the delivery date, the order details, or even cancel the order, we appreciate being informed as far ahead as possible, with a minimum of 5 business days’ notice.

The following conditions shall apply upon cancellation:

  • Orders cancelled or modified by more than 5 business days will be fully refundable.
  • Orders cancelled or modified within 3-5 business days will be subject to 50% fee of the total cancelled order.
  • Orders cancelled or modified with less than 48 hours will be non-refundable.
  • For orders in excess of $1,000, any changes or cancellations within 72 hours will be non-refundable.
What are the available payment methods?

In addition to all types of credit cards, we also accept Google Pay, Apple Pay and Paypal.

Full payment is required to process your order.

Minibites Australia reserves the right to cancel any order if payment has not been received.

Can I return my order after delivery?

At Minibites Australia we guarantee that all our products are individually made to the highest standard. Therefore, our products and/or packaging might be slightly different from the displayed photos on our website, social media platforms and advertisements.

Given our products are made to order, and we don’t accept returns. Where products received are shown to be incorrect or of unsatisfactory quality, Minibites Australia reserves the right to issue a refund, a credit note or replace the products with others of the same value.

Customers who wish to report an issue with their order must do so within 2 hours of their being delivered. To assist us in monitoring customer satisfaction, we also require digital proof of any damaged products.

Minibites Australia will not accept any liability for any complaints made after this period.

I have an allergy to certain food products?

Please note that our food products may contain or have come into contact with peanuts, tree nuts, milk, dairy products, eggs, soy, wheat, fish, shellfish, lupin.

What are the nutrition information of the products?

Please refer to our website for the full ingredients list & nutrition information for each product.

How long is the food suitable for consumption?

Cooked food MUST be either consumed either within a few hours or immediately kept in the fridge and eaten within few days.

A reminder to throw out any high-risk food and leftovers that has been left in the temperature danger zone of between 5 °C and 60 °C for more than four hours.
